Our Vision
“Nie wieder Brille! ”, meaning “no more glasses!”
Our role is to bring German ophthalmology excellence to our customers to permanently rid their need to wear glasses ever again. As our motto says it, “Nie wieder Brille! ”, meaning “no more glasses!”.
Our role as a vision correction services provider has evolved over the decades, influenced by changing demographics, economic prospects and technological development. The increasing wealth in Europe and the PRC and the ageing of these populations as well as the increase of myopia in younger generations have led us to define our future strategy.
Central to this is the increasing awareness of a variety of forms of refractive laser surgery as a mainstream alternative to glasses and contact lenses. We have had the vision to identify our key customer group as those between 18 and 45 years of age, likely to be seeking treatment for myopia or high myopia, and those over the age of 45, likely to be developing signs of presbyopia.
Hence, we have been focusing our services to tackle the refractive errors of these two customer groups. This is underpinned by our 25 years of experience and commitment in providing optimal solutions to all refractive surgery needs and to broaden the treatment scope of refractive surgery treatment options.
Being capable of offering a wide range of vision correction services, we aim to become a one-stop destination for customers in Germany, Denmark and the PRC (and also medical tourists from other countries) of all age groups from 18 years of age and beyond, to treat any refractive errors they may experience.
Reasons To Invest In Euroeyes
Experienced Doctors
At EuroEyes, only highly specialized doctors take care of you. The procedures are generally carried out by surgeons who independently perform at least 1,000 surgeries annually. Thus, these so-called high-volume surgeons are among the most experienced eye surgeons in Germany. Some of the EuroEyes doctors hold positions as instructors with the German Refractive Surgery Commission (KRC) and the German Ophthalmologic Association (DOG). Our doctors have been awarded several times for their outstanding performance. EuroEyes doctors are annually recommended by Europeannews magazine FOCUS to the Germany’s Top Doctors List since 2012.
Surgical Range
Euro Eyes has one goal: to allow you to live a life without glasses. To meet this goal, the clinical group covers the entire spectrum of refractive surgery from laser eye treatments to the lens treatments . This enables the correction of nearsightedness, farsightedness, astigmatism, presbyopia, cataract and keratoconus. In addition, we can cover even more areas within ophthalmic surgery with the expertise of retinal expert Dr. Lucke in Bremen and the corneal specialist Prof. Neuhann in Munich.
Long-term Experience
Over the last 25 years, numerous refractive treatments have been carried out by the EuroEyes clinical group under the direction of Dr. Jørn Jørgensen– who has bestowed long-term experience and effectiveness of our treatment methods in the field of laser eye surgery and lens treatments.
Innovations and Advanced Technologies
The EuroEyes eye clinics are state-of-the-art: by using advanced cutting-edge technology, we ensure that our treatments keep getting better and better. For you that means: safer, preciser, more gentle and more customized treatments. EuroEyes was the first to introduce Femto-LASIK inGermany in 2004, today we focus on the even more advanced technology in laser eye surgery:ReLEx smile, that turns laser eye surgery into a keyhole procedure, making vision correction even safer and gentler for ourpatients. Moreover, in late 2011 we were one of the first clinics in Germany, who used the LenSx femtosecond laser – a revolution in the surgical procedure for the correction of presbyopia and cataract.
